Open Source Code Scan

Black Duck is offering a service that allows a company to scan their code to make sure there are no intellectual property conflicts with open source code. Open Source Risk Management offers similar protection, calling it "Open Source Insurance". Novell and OSDL have been offering protection/help battling the evil minions of SCO for awhile.
